Why men can't jump on Wesley Snipes

So let's review - Wesley paid his taxes but simply failed to fill out and mail a form, thus you go to jail? I would think the IRS would rather have your money and not the form. Lesson learned: mail in your stupid 1040 and don't pay your taxes and avoid going to jail.
